Computer Science Programs: Computer Science programs at WGTC are offered at Ben Hill-Irwin, Cook, and Valdosta campuses with some courses available through our online learning management system, Angel. All programs are approximately three to four semesters in length and most are offered as degree and diploma programs. Specific areas of concentration within the department include networking, programming, game programming, computer support, information security and database technologies. There are also numerous short-term technical certificates of credit available within the department.

Digital Media Programs:  In conjunction with CIS and Printing and Graphics, the digital media programs at WGTC integrate the latest in programming, video production, 2D and 3D animation, web design and digital graphic production to provide students with the skills necessary to complete in today’s high-tech and digital world. Offering diploma, degrees and short-term technical certificates of credit, students have the option of concentrating in several areas, including video production or web design, or participating in digital media classes as electives in another computer science program.
