How to Apply:

Click here to complete the online application. To apply to the GaTAPP Program the following documentation must be submitted:

  • __ Completed Application (available online)
  • __ Memorandum of Understanding signed by School Administrator, District Representative, Mentor, and Candidate. Note: The Supervisor and GATAPP Coordinator will sign once the Candidate has officially entered the program.
  • __ Candidate Assurance Form (if applicant has one year left on certificate)
  • __ Official copies of transcripts from all colleges and universities attended (not photocopies; issued to TCSG/Wiregrass GaTAPP – address below)
  • __ Copy of GACE Basic Skills Assessment or proof of exception through SAT, ACT, GRE, Praxis I (taken prior to 9/1/06)
  • __ Copy of GACE Content Assessment scores or Praxis II score (before 9/1/06) OR college major in content area that you are seeking certification
  • __ Copy of GACE Basic Ethics 350 Assessment certificate
  • __ Current Resumé
  • __ Two (2) Letters of professional reference (from someone other than a relative)
  • __ Copy of current teaching certificate
