Douglas, GA— Wiregrass Georgia Technical College’s Pearson Adult Education Center is pleased to announce that 11 students recently earned their GED® diploma after attending adult education classes at the Center. Students who earned their diplomas are Emily Sellers, Jimmie Matthew Amerson, Peter Lindsay, Jerrid Slade Lott, Roger Ashley Giddens, Grant Harper, Alisha Otero, Mark Rowell, Kathy Gutierrez, Kayla Roe, and Sierra Hundely. Instructor Brianna Gillis stated, “These students worked very hard to obtain their diplomas and the hard work paid off. We want to congratulate these students for their accomplishments.”
If you are interested in earning your GED®, please contact Brianna Gillis at 201 North Pearson Street or call 422-7004. Morning classes are held Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, and evening classes are held Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
