Wiregrass Tech Hosting Wired Up! Community Event on October 18

Fitzgerald, Ga. – The Ben Hill-Irwin Campus of Wiregrass Georgia Technical College invites the community to its Wired Up! event on Saturday, October 18, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This free event is open to the public and promises fun for the entire family.

Visitors will enjoy a variety of activities, including a Cruise-In with the Tiftarea Auto Club, a Touch-a-Truck experience for kids, and a bounce house for even more family fun. Live music will keep the energy high throughout the day with performances by Anna Beth Gay, The Page Brothers, Swamp Thunder, and The Mood Doctors.

Food lovers can look forward to tasty options from Doodle’s Cajun and More, along with a selection of local sweets vendors. In addition to the festivities, Wiregrass Tech faculty and staff will be on hand to share information about the programs offered at the Ben Hill-Irwin Campus. Guests will have the opportunity to learn how Wiregrass can help them take the next step in their education and career.

Wiregrass Tech invites families, friends, and community members to come out, enjoy the festivities, and experience firsthand the excitement happening on campus.
