Terms of Service

Use of Printed Work Policy

Wiregrass may use printed orders as samples of work performed by the College. The items may be displayed on the website. You can request have your name(s) removed. Wiregrass reserves the right to display designs of work that we have performed. You are encouraged to share photo(s) of any event that contain items purchased through us for submission to the website. We do not offer photo editing services.

COVID 19 Update

We are aware of the unprecedented times we are living in. For your convenience, we have made exceptions to our cancellation policies due to COVID-19. If the date, venue and/or the guest list of your event has changed, we will work with you by putting your order on hold until the details of the date, location, and guest list have been altered and set.

If you prefer canceling the order and a digital proof has not been approved to print, you may also receive a full refund. If a digital proof has been approved to print, a partial refund may be offered. Partial refunds will not include the design fees. Cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will depend on whether the stock requested was specialized. If a specialized stock was requested, a partial refund may be offered, however you will still be responsible for the cost of the stock, including but not limited to the envelopes.

Split Orders

If your order contains two or more languages, you must specify this in your when submitting your order or be subject to a $20 fee. If your order contains two or more versions of the same text, you must also specify this when submitting your order or be subject to a $20 fee.

Return/Cancellation Policy

Wiregrass does not offer refunds or reprints for printed work. Wiregrass cannot offer cancellations once your order has begun being printed (printing process typically begins 24 hours after the approval submission). Upon cancellation, you will still be required to pay the design fee.

Discrepancy Policy
We review each order before it is packaged. Any discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. We will not replace missing items after three days.
