Moody Air Force Base – National Testing Center
The Moody Education Center at Moody Air Force Base offers college-level exams such as CLEP and DANTES via Wiregrass’s National Testing Center. Additionally, the Moody Education Center is a certified Pearson Vue testing center allowing them to administer various certification examinations.

Testing Cost
IMPORTANT: All candidates must register via My Account at https://clepportal.collegeboard.org/ before taking CLEP exams. You will need to present your voucher on day of testing. You will not be able to test without a ticket number for CLEP.
The fee for each exam is $85 CLEP and $80 DANTES. Exams are free to all eligible military personnel and select civilian employees. Test fees must be paid by valid credit card to the College Level Examination Program. DANTES will not fund retesting on a previously funded CLEP exam. However, service members may personally fund a retest after waiting six months.
Before You Test
Candidates must present two forms of identification. The primary ID must be a military ID or a government issued photo ID. The only items permitted in the testing lab are your car keys and your photo ID. Everything else should be left at home or in your car.
Exams are computer based and scores are available immediately upon completion, except for College Composition and Speech. Please note: College Composition (essay is required) and College Composition Modular (essay is optional).
How do I Register for an Exam?
How to Register for a DANTES Exam:
DSST exams are given every Thursday at 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., and 2:00 p.m.
**Monday ONLY — DSST Speech at 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., and 2:00 p.m.
- Step 1: Go to https://registerblast.com/wiregrass/exam
- Step 2: Schedule a date/time for your exam.
- Pearson Vue will be given every Wednesday starting at 9:00 a.m. Please visit the testing center for Pearson Vue instructions!
Note: Please call (229) 333-2100 EXT 3100 no later than 24 hours before if you must cancel scheduled test date
How to Register for a CLEP Exam:
CLEP exams are given every Tuesday at 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., and 2:00 p.m.
- Step 1: Go to www.clep.collegeboard.org.
Once you have created an account, go to Sign In. Insert your email address and password.
- Step 2: Scroll down and select CLEP.
- Step 3: Select My CLEP Account.
- Step 4: Go to Manage My CLEP Profile - Complete all information and click SAVE.
*When it asks you if you are eligible for DANTES funding, click YES and fill in the additional fields which will then allow you to register for the exam for free.
- Step 5: Go to CLEP exams.
- Step 6: Go to Exam Topic and choose the exam you wish to take.
- Step 7: Add the exam to your cart.
- Step 8: Click Checkout — Make sure you don't get charged for exam!
- Step 9: Send your scores to a college or university (Type out Community College of the Air Force; not CCAF)
- Step 10: Register and Checkout.
- Step 11: Agree to the terms and place your order. ***Ensure total is $0.00!
- Step 12: Print your registration ticket number and bring on test day with one form of ID!
